中国海警局东海分局新闻发言人朱安庆表示，7月29日，福建海警位金门附近海域依法开展常态执法巡查。7月以来，福建海警组织舰艇编队持续强化相关海域管控力度，切实维护两岸渔民合法正当权益和生命财产安全，有力保障厦金海域正常航行和作业秩序。
Zhu Anqing, spokesperson for the China Coast Guard Donghai Branch, stated that on July 29, the Fujian Coast Guard conducted routine law-enforcement patrols in accordance with the law in the waters near Kinmen. Since the beginning of July, the Fujian Coast Guard have dispatched task groups to strengthen control and management over relevant waters. It is an effective step to protect the legitimate rights and interests, as well as the lives and property of fishermen on both sides of the Strait, and to ensure orderly navigation and activities in the waters between Xiamen and Kinmen.
